Looking for a wedding venue to host your celebration? Clyngwyn Farm could be your answer. We provide a relaxed environment with stunning views for your outdoor country wedding.

Set next to the waterfalls in a designated Dark Sky Area, we offer flexible, warm and comfortable group accommodation, space for campers and camper vans and the freedom to do your own thing for your special occasion. We can provide a wide selection of extras – stretch tents, mobile bar, stage and PA, accommodation, 90’ poytunnel complete with seating and tables for 150 and that’s just for starters.

What we provide:

  • 5 acres of stunning, beautiful countryside with direct access to the Four Falls area in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
  • 90’ long Poly Tunnel with wooden flooring, festoon lights and enough tables and chairs to seat 160 people. You can arrange them to suit your requirements.
  • Lots of sofas to arrange a casual seating area. You can take them outside, weather permitting – and enough strong people to carry them!
  • Bunkhouse accommodation for 19 people. Room 1 is upstairs and has 11 single beds and a lovely modern shower room. Room 2 has 4 single beds up a spiral staircase with it’s own shower room. Room 3 is downstairs and has two sets of bunk beds. Downstairs there are two showers, two toilets and a sink in a newly fitted out area and an additional loo just inside the door. The lounge has 4 comfy sofas and a TV, so plenty of room for relaxing. The newly fitted farmhouse kitchen makes self catering easy. A large range cooker, fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher and lots of crockery and cutlery mean that all you need to bring is food. There is also a huge, long dining table that can easily seat 20 people. Top that with a new boiler, central heating radiators and you can happily book for any time of year knowing you’ll be warm.

  • Separate camping field for your guests. Tents and camper vans are very welcome.
  • Two brand new 4m Bell Tents with everything you need. Blow up beds with sleeping bags – 1 double and 2 single – bring your own pillows, stove and basic cooking utensils inc. kettle. lighting and blankets so you can sit out if it’s a bit chilly. Camping table and chairs and a wash up area mean that you can camp even if you’re not campers!
  • Outside we have built an undercover picnic area with benches and lighting, together with a charcoal BBQ and adjacent to a big fire-it area with wooden benches all around. Perfect for serving a buffet lunch or hog roast for your guests.
  • Free parking
  • We allow two well behaved dogs in the bunkhouse. They must be neutered and vaccinated as we also have dogs on site. If you have any questions, please send us a message.

Options available:

  • Additional Room-only accommodation is available in the Farmhouse. These are 3 lovely, fresh, well decorated rooms with the comfiest beds and gorgeous linen. These 3 rooms, double room with a chaise long, a super-king size room and a lovely twin room, where the beds can be zipped together if you prefer. These rooms share a brand new bathroom with both bath and shower, together with an additional, separate toilet and sink. These Farmhouse Rooms are only available as an exclusive booking for all 3 rooms to guests who have booked a Wedding or event in addition to the Bunkhouse. There are no lounge or kitchen facilities so these must be shared with the bunkhouse guests.
  • Linen for the Bunkhouse beds is extra. Beds will be made up on arrival and all that ask is that you strip the top covers off before you leave.
  • Asda, Sainsbury’s and Ocado can deliver your shopping on the afternoon before your arrival. They know where we are and are reliable. If you are delayed, we will be put your cold stuff away for you.
  • Evening meals are available for pre ordering. We cater for dietary requirements but ask that you select one option for your party ie one regular meal and one vegan meal (which will also be GF and nut free), the same with desserts. An example menu is provided at the time of booking.
  • Breakfast rolls and morning coffee on request again, with vegan option.
  • Fire packs for the fire pit including firelighters, kindling and sufficient logs for a good night around the fire.
  • Outdoor activities can be booked. We will happily provide you with contact details for our local providers (we do like to keep everything a local as possible) so if you fancy an afternoon on the river or a few hours of yoga and relaxation for instance, we can happily assist.

Wedding and Event Packages:

We have partnered with a local company who will set up and provide any or all of the following:

  • Outside bar including all required permits
  • Wood-fired pizza van cooking freshly made delicious pizzas of your choice
  • Stage
  • PA and microphones
  • Stretch tents for you to dress up and furnish as you wish
  • Disco, including headphones for Silent Disco after 11pm if you want to party into the night

We can also provide:

  • Mobile toilet and shower block – ask for a quote
  • Washing up area and outside tap
  • Breakfast Rolls and Coffee for those staying on site – perfect for the day after!
  • Details of caterers who will set up and serve fabulous food – chosen by you – so you can just enjoy your time with family and friends without having to worry about prepping and clearing away
  • Straw bales for additional seating
  • Additional parking if required

A typical event at Clyngwyn costs between £2500 and £6000 depending on what you want to include and what you want to do for yourselves. This is just a rough idea but hopefully it will give you an indication for your initial planning.
